Gym in Kathmandu

Our gym is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please be mindful of other guests and limit your workout to 30 minutes during peak times if others are waiting.

General Rules

Age Limit: Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Attire: Proper workout attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required. No street shoes allowed.

Towel Policy:  Towels are available at the wooden rack, please drop the towel in the concern bin after use.

Water Bottles: Stay hydrated! You’re welcome to bring a water bottle either you can use paper cups available on the water dispenser inside gym.

Noise Level: Please keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Strength Training Machines

Adjustments: Adjust the seat and weight settings to your comfort level before use.

Proper Form: Use proper form to prevent injury. If you need guidance, feel free to ask the front desk.

Clean-Up: Please return any equipment used to its proper place and dispose of any trash.

Equipment Guidelines

Limit Use: If others are waiting, limit your time on each piece of equipment to 15 minutes.

Safety: Always use equipment as intended. If you’re unsure, please ask the front desk for assistance.

Weights: Return all free weights and dumbbells to their proper racks after use.

Cardio Machines

Start-Up: Adjust the settings to your preference before starting.

Duration: Limit your time to 20-30 minutes during peak times.

Safety: Always use the safety clips on treadmills and other equipment when necessary.
