If we practice yoga asanas in our daily life it will help us to strengthen our body and the practice of dhyana will help us to improve our focus which is the most needed for an individual in the MODERN LIFE. The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight, or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Don’t be intimidated by yoga terminology, and complicated poses. Yoga is for everyone.

Beginners Yoga

When you’re new to yoga, it can feel intimidating and be difficult to know exactly where and how to get started. Our Yoga for Beginners is created specifically for you, we move slowly through the easy asanas to open your body and relax. We will give you all the tips, guidelines, and recommendations you will need to start a successful yoga practice.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga practice that involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, Yoga poses, and meditation. helps to relieve stress, support healthy habits, improve emotional health, ease back and arthritis pain and come to the union of the body mind, and spirit.

Mindful Yoga

Mindfulness is being awake. Mindfulness is clarity. Bringing awareness to your body and how it moves in a yoga class can have an immediate effect on your mental and emotional state.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga even once a week can help to balance our busy lifestyles and has an enormous capacity to heal stress-related physical and emotional issues.

Yoga for Back Pain

Yoga is a mind-body therapy that’s often recommended to treat not only back pain but the stress that accompanies it. The session will include asanas which will be helpful for your back pain.

Mantra Yoga

In the Mantra yoga session, we will recite a simple mantra that has been given to us by our ancestors. These types of chanting are advantageous for removing unwanted thoughts from the mind in order to make the meditation process easier.

Vinyasa Yoga

In Vinyasa yoga, we are moving our bodies in a conscious, mindful manner, rather than simply moving without purpose. A Vinyasa class starts with a gentler pose to warm up the body and will move into more challenging sequences which include balancing postures or inversions and cooling down with gentler sitting stretches, and finally a savasana.

Yoga Nidra

You will be lying down for approximately 45 min. You will be guided by the instructor with information. You will experience a deep sense of peace, calm and connection. You might experience deep stillness within yourself. Relaxation is assured.

Healing Sessions

Chakra and Sound Healing session

Everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. During a sound healing session, you'll typically lie down on the yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a cozy blanket and simply listen up as a practitioner plays a variety of instruments, and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibrations.

Reiki and Aura Cleansing session

Reiki healing begins with the Reiki practitioner hands-on approach with light touch on the body of the person to be healed. Reiki serves to direct your body’s energy to attempt to remove energy blockages, whether mental, physical and emotional and ends the sessions with an aura cleansing. For the next 45 minutes you are in space that is designed for your serenity, your peacefulness, your healing time. As your body relaxes and absorbs the tranquil space around you, your Reiki session has already begun.

Forest Bathing/Walking Meditation

We will go for an hour of Silent meditative walk in the beautiful Terraces in Lakuri. Our intention will be to touch the heart mind. Our mind might bring forth during the walk many inner noises and thoughts; social expectations, personal habits, patterns, and things we have piled up within ourselves might emerge. We will calmly observe them while absorbing into nature.

Heart Opening Sessions

A 45 min session where we will practice various ways to release the past baggage’s that we carry in our heart with our awareness. A sequence is designed to draw our awareness and attention to our heart chakra which is associated with love, compassion, and self-acceptance.
