Beginners Yoga

Our Yoga for Beginners is created specifically for you, we move slowly through the easy asanas to open your body and relax. We will give you all the tips, guidelines, and recommendations you will need to start a successful yoga practice.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga practice that involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, Yoga poses, and meditation. helps to relieve stress, support healthy habits, improve emotional health, ease back and arthritis pain and come to the union of the body mind, and spirit.

Yoga for Back Pain
Yoga is a mind-body therapy that’s often recommended to treat not only back pain but the stress that accompanies it. The session will include asanas which will be helpful for your back pain.
Mantra Yoga
In the Mantra yoga session, we will recite a simple mantra that has been given to us by our ancestors. These types of chanting are advantageous for removing unwanted thoughts from the mind in order to make the meditation process easier.
Vinyasa Yoga
In Vinyasa yoga, we are moving our bodies in a conscious, mindful manner, rather than simply moving without purpose. A Vinyasa class starts with a gentler pose to warm up the body and will move into more challenging sequences which include balancing postures or inversions and cooling down with gentler sitting stretches, and finally a savasana.
Yoga Nidra
You will be lying down for approximately 45 min. You will be guided by the instructor with information. You will experience a deep sense of peace, calm and connection. You might experience deep stillness within yourself. Relaxation is assured.
